AI Strategy Session

What This Is

A single, focused working session rather than an open-ended engagement. You bring the situation: an AI direction you are weighing up, a pilot that has stalled, a proposal you are unsure about. We bring an outside perspective grounded in the thinking published across this site, and we work the problem together.

Sessions are deliberately limited. We hold a small number of slots each month, which keeps each one properly prepared for and honestly delivered.

How It Works

1. You get in touch with a short description of your situation. A few sentences is enough.
2. We confirm fit and fee before anything is booked. If a session is unlikely to be useful, we will say so and point you at the writing that covers your question instead.
3. The session itself is 90 minutes of structured discussion, not a presentation. Expect direct questions and direct answers.
4. Within a few days you receive a written summary: what we discussed, our honest read, and suggested next steps you can share internally.

What This Is Not

This is not the start of a consulting engagement, and there is no upsell at the end of it. If your situation genuinely needs sustained hands-on help, we will tell you what kind of help to look for and what to watch out for when buying it.
